Project Management:

As the Project Manager, we represent the building owner's interests using management techniques to coordinate all on-site activity throughout the construction process. We ensure the cooperation among all parties and that the project is completed on time and within budget. It is also our job to oversee all material and equipment needs, as well as review and approve the builder and subcontractor invoices. A Project Manager can also be utilized to assist the client in the selection and hiring of a design team. This aspect is very similar to the Design-Build method; however the responsibility of design rests with a third party.
