IGPC Ethanol Facility

A group of South-western Ontario corn producers developed an ethanol plant set to produce denatured fuel-grade ethanol, dried distiller grains with soluble (DDGS), and marketable CO2. The project which had a 16-month construction window was completed under the management of North American Construction using ICM technology.

Pre-Engineered and Conventional Buildings:
Maaten Construction Limited was responsible for the design-build of 5 buildings in the facility, namely:
• Process Fermentation Evaporator Building
• Energy Center
• DDGS Building
• Shipping and Receiving Building
• Maintenance Building
